| Shipping & Returns Policy We aim to deliver your item(s) next working work day We will honour your rights as a customer and in addition to this if you simply change your mind we will refund you or exchange the item subject to underneath criteria. We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from worldoffashiononline. Once you receive your goods you have 7 days to decide whether you wish to keep them or return them. If so, then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged for cost of collection. Please note all items must be returned in their original packaging (Including Bubble Wrap). Items which are not returned in their original packaging (Without Bubble Wrap), or have been assembled will not be collected and a charge of £25.00 may be levied to cover for costs of failed collection. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods have been damaged by our courier. Once you have open your packaging and you discover faulty items you must notify us within 3 Working Days via email only. Our email is info@worldoffashiononline.co.uk Unless this is done within this specified time we do not hold responsibility for faulty items in your delivery. We will exchange the item once we have received the faulty, wrong size items back from you. It is the customers responsibility to send an item back to us for exchange/refund. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the good. The cost of returning the item to us is the customers responsibility. Delivery charge will not be refunded in any case. Please note that large parcels will be delivered to ground floor only. Note: No Extra Delivery Charges Will Apply On Exchange Items. |
